1. Shipping Rates & Tiers (UK)

Our shipping costs are determined based on the total quantity of items/kits in your cart to ensure transparent and fair pricing:

  • Orders with 1 to 5 items/kits: £4.99 Standard Shipping

  • Orders with 6 to 10 items/kits: £8.99 Standard Shipping

Note: The system automatically calculates your total item quantity at checkout and applies the correct shipping rate.

2. Processing and Dispatch Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information (where applicable).

3. Delivery Times

  • Standard UK delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as postal delays, severe weather, or courier backlogs may occasionally impact delivery timeframes.

4. Incorrect Address and Delivery Issues

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by our courier partners, Perfect Peptides is not liable for lost or stolen packages left at the designated delivery address.
